[atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/t6EPs.png); padding:15px; width:300px] i loved you in the fall "It was just a normal day" |
and like any other day, she got up, stretched, yawn and lay in bed another hour. She would try to fall back asleep, sometimes that would fail, other times no; when she didn't fall asleep she would rest her eyes and think of the day before her. She had to make sure to hide Romeo and Fall, hide from Team Rocket and make sure to continue to train the new members. They were all trained to at least battle, but weren't experienced in the more intense battles. She volunteered to help out with the training and she moved back to Pallet Town. The Professor was long gone, but the little town was still full smiles. When she came back she didn't go to visit her parents, too many memories were there to be happy. It had been weeks since she thought about her older brother, Lynx. She rarely thought or talked about him, not wanting the thought of betrayal slow her down. Naturally she finally decided to raise from the dead, take a shower, get ready and start the day; it seemed forever until she could crawl back into bed and sleep. She loved her sleep, in fact she was in love with her bed. Either be for sleeping, relaxing or reading. If she could she would marry her bed. She was able to motivate herself to move her legs to walk toward the bathroom of the hotel room. The next minute, warm water hit her back, hands in her hair running the conditioner thoroughly through the red mop. She was done shortly afterwards and a towel covered her body; her long hair was slightly tangled and starting to curl. Ember always hated that, her and her mother were the only ones with the curly hair, her brother Lynx was lucky to not get it. She had the red hair, he had the brown; she had curls, he didn't; but they did the brown eyes. There was other similarities but she liked their brown eyes the most. Her hair was dried and straightened, her other-sized sweat on with the black tank top underneath. She wore jeggings, the combination of jeans and leggings. She put on just normal shoes, she were wore down but she didn't care they worked. The last thing was the bag that hung over her shoulder which carried the two pokeballs that held Romeo, a growlithe and Fall, a ninetales. Before you knew it, she was out and about, on the streets heading toward the secret area where she met up to train the newbies. She had arrived in 30 minutes and watched silently, observing the two members starting their battle. It was a pikachu and ponyta. It started out interesting but slowly became boring. Pikachu had won and that's when she stepped in. "Get out a new pokemon and start again," Ember told them, crossing her arms over her chest and leaning against the wall. It was at this moment she decided to let out her two pokemon and let them stretch their legs. Fall just sat, waving her tails in unison. Romeo on the other hand trotted around, the sight of battles always excited him. Silently sighing she watched the new battle start, when it ended, she wanted another one. But they soon stopped, turning their heads to sound coming from the entrance. A cool breeze flew in, Romeo stood there, it was obvious he was sniffing the air. Something sparkled in his eyes, she took note of that quickly; pushing off the wall she walked toward the entrance slowly, still staying in one of the training rooms here. "Who's there?" She spoke, a hint of fear in her voice, she wasn't as brave as Romeo or Fall. Her thoughts about the intruder ended when she heard her growlithe bark, her brown eyes saw the same sparkle in his eyes, the slight wag in his tail. So she knew it wasn't an intruder, Romeo always acted like this when it was safe. It was because he knew the person. Ember shook off the thought and went back to her spot, "Continue," she ordered. Instead of leaning back on the wall, she approached the battle field. She observed them before she decided she would join. "Fall, come here," her voice held a hint of happiness; the ninetales stood in front of her and the battle started. The battle was water vs. fire. She was at a disadvantage but she could care less, she knew how to win. What caught her attention soon afterwards was the playful whine from Romeo. She looked at him, brown eyes into brown eyes. She could understand him today, ever since the sound of someone coming in he acted strange. Almost playful and happy, he wasn't exactly like that, he was more of an attention whore and a little brat that loved to run around and steal any type of clothing that was around. She turned, she could see two shadows, meaning someone was coming. "Ummm, hello?" She asked, waiting for some kind of sound to indicate it was someone of the resistance. But as they grew nearer, she questioned them, snapping her fingers making Fall come near here, Romeo though did not move, he stood there, hope in his eyes.[/div] and then the cold came, the dark days when fear crept into my mind

It was his hometown. He hadn't been back since he left all those years ago, claiming he was off to "be the best like no one ever was" or something along those lines. So, naturally, he was nervous beyond belief. He didn't even want to go back here, he'd even asked the higher-ups if he could be sent somewhere else, but to no avail. He was sure his asshole of a partner had something to do with it. Crevan was always trying to make him suffer. It was infuriating. Then again, he wasn't much better. His nerves had his mouth moving a mile a minute as they drew nearer and nearer to his hometown.
Lynx could almost feel the burning on the back of his neck from the dark glares that Crevan was sure to be sporting by now, but he really couldn't care less, "And, and I remember this one time when me and one of my friends got stuck in a tree and we had..." Lynx looked over at his partner, "Are you even listening, Assface? This story is kickass," he screeched, flailing his arms around in large circles.
"Come on, Crey, you're so freaking boring," Lynx moaned, "You don't even listen to me! I can't believe out of everyone else, I had to get stuck with the biggest Douchebag in all of Team Rocket," he crossed his arms childishly, "This freaking sucks,"

[style=float: left; border: 7px solid #111111; height: 100px; width: 100px; border-left: 0px; margin-right: 9px;] DOUCHEBAG -A person with a shitty personality that needs to "take themself the fuck down" or "go home and get their fucking shine box." A douchebag usually assumes the form of a hair-gelling pretty-boy but can also be described as an overzealous, pompous, or vexatious asshole that most people wish were killed with a Mortal Kombat fatality. Blue skies, bright white scalding sun, a pleasant breeze... and a partner blabbing in his fucking ear. What could get any better than this? Crevan Kern could count a thousand places he'd rather be. Not that going on patrol through the Kanto Region wasn't fascinating; he lived for catching idiots and throwing them into jail for breaking the law. But having to do it with Lynx Harper nulled the amazing feeling of power. Especially when the younger Rocket wouldn't take a hint and shut the fuck up. It was as if he was set in "annoy the fuck out of Crevan" mode today.
Crevan had been walking several steps behind the teenager, in hopes of perhaps drowning him out even the slightest bit, stepped forward and slapped the other boy in the back of the head, "Shut up, dumbass," he snapped, the last thing he wanted was for the entire world to know they were coming. Team Rocket didn't do "scheduled visits" it would be only too easy to escape them if that were the case. And being the man he was, Crevan happened to like cornering the pathetic idiots of Kanto and giving them all a nice one way trip to jail. When Crevan had come up with the clever idea to make Lynx as uncomfortable as possible by sending the two of them to Lynx's own town of Pallet, he had no idea the brat was going to talk the whole way there. And more than usual, at that. "If I don't get to throw anyone in jail because of your big mouth, I'll just have to settle for throwing your scrawny ass in the can, instead; got it?" Crevan warned, reaching forward to give the other boy a flick on the neck, hoping to see him squirm just the slightest bit. It was one of Crevan's favorite hobbies as of late: making Lynx Harper's life a living hell. He wasn't all too pleased to find himself partnered up with the brat, though he'd been assured "everything would get better once they got to know each other" it had been two years and nothing had changed. Lynx was still the same childish fool he was when they first met, and Crevan was the same short-fused jerk - if not an even bigger one. Crevan's mood lightened up a bit the second they stepped foot into the small town. It wasn't anything special from what he could gather. Some children here and there and - Crevan's lip turned upwards as he spotted exactly what he'd been looking for. "It looks like there's something worth checking out in this sorry place, after all," the admin muttered to himself, his evil smirk darkening as he strode towards the battlers in the most pompous of ways. "Well, well, well... What do we have here?" Crevan sneered, looking at his partner out of the corner of his eyes. Was the brat going to do anything? Did he even know these fools? Was he man enough to throw them away in jail for what they'd done? "What do you think, Lynx? Would a long trip to Jail teach them not to mess with Team Rocket? He snickered as he threw Lynx's name into the conversation. If Lynx still had any regrets about being a part of Team Rocket, Crevan was soon to know about them. After all, if he could only come up with a reason to get Lynx kicked out of Team Rocket - or even sent back to do Grunt work... anything to get the obnoxiously loud brat out of his face - Crevan would be sure to try it. Crevan turned to the female with the fire pokemon. He raised his eyebrow and glanced over at Lynx. Both he and the redheaded girl looked awfully similar in some uncanny way. Crevan let another smirk slide onto his face. He reached for the girl's wrist, "Don't you know what you're doing is strictly against the law? Or maybe you're looking forward to going to jail, hmm?" Crevan smirked; having to travel around with the world's most obnoxious dumbass did have its perks, after all... and some of them weren't all that bad, either. Especially when it came to arresting maggots around Kanto who thought they could get away with anything, "Be useful, Dumbass, and alert the boss to tell him we got a couple of rule breakers to be sent to Fuchsia,"[/div][/style]

[atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/t6EPs.png); padding:15px; width:300px] i loved you in the fall "It was the nearest thing to death to what she saw," |
there standing before her was a two person team from the one and only Team Rocket. But that didn't exactly shock her enough to paralyze her; what really did was that one of the two males standing there, was her brother. Her eyes had only slightly widened, she knew some day she would meet her brother again, and she she thought what she would say but she made no effort to make any noise. 'Well, well, well... What do we have here?' The other guy spoke, managing her to come back to reality. She glared slightly at them; from the corner of her eye she saw Fall lower her body, growling as she did while the other trainers hurriedly scatter away. Romeo on the other hand, bounced his way up to Lynx, "Romeo, come here." She was able to speak, taking a step forward. Her growlithe stopped and turned, a confused look on his face. She knew that her first pokemon missed Lynx and his own sister Juliet, but she wasn't going to allow him to interact with either. 'What do you think, Lynx? Would a long trip to Jail teach them not to mess with Team Rocket?' Her eyes darted to the other boy, looking at him wishing that looks could kill. Fall continued to growl lowly, Romeo had taken his place beside Ember as they stood there. The others were far gone now, she would have to either fight them and try to make a run for it; but she couldn't feel her legs. Her heart rate was increasing by the minute, just staring at the two Team Rocket members, but only one had her full attention and that was her brother. When she heard the other say his name, she felt a shiver run down her spine. She could feel her mouth dry as she somewhat panicked. She was caught off guard when she felt a hand grab her wrist, automatically she pulled her hand away but was unable to free her wrist. 'Don't you know what you're doing is strictly against the law? Or maybe you're looking forward to going to jail, hmm?' The sentence seemed to annoy her, she scoffed slightly, Her ninetales pushed forward, making her way toward the other guy. But she knew if her pokemon tried to defend her, they would be taken away and second nature hit her. "Don't fucking touch me," She growled, trying again to pull her arm away but it was no use. 'Be useful, Dumbass, and alert the boss to tell him we got a couple of rule breakers to be sent to Fuchsia,' That sentence seemed to just top her anger. Ember pull her arm once again and pushed the other male, though she wished her brother wasn't alive at the moment, she still didn't like people calling him a 'dumbass', that was her job. "Maybe you should learn some manners," she spoke without thinking, if it sounded like she was standing up for her brother, it was because she was. As soon as she noticed her mistake she quickly retracted Fall; Romeo had refused but stood there, growling at the other man then wagging his tail at Lynx. "And you, I got one thing to say. You can go fucking die in a hole," She somewhat yelled at Lynx, her anger seemed to be spilling; she started marching slowly over there, about to roundhouse kick her brother and beat the crap out of him until she felt better. But of course things wouldn't go that way, since you know there was another guy there who seemed to be set on to taking her to jail. Well if she was going to jail, might as well do something worth it. [/div] and then the cold came, the dark days when fear crept into my mind

[style=font-family: helvetica neue; font-size: 13pt; color: #888888; text-shadow: 1px 1px 1px #ffffff; font-weight: 100!important;]LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT DO YOU WANT ME HERE? as i struggle through each and every year Lynx didn't realize they had reached Pallet Town until he heard Crevan's voice, "It looks like there's something worth checking out in this sorry place, after all," Lynx blinked and looked forward, noticing a pokemon battle not far ahead. He shut his trap and strained his eyes to see if he knew either of the trainers. His jaw dropped when he recognized the familiar red hair of Ember, his very own sister. Damnit, he was completely and totally screwed. There was no way she wouldn't realize he was a part of Team Rocket now, especially with his jackass of a partner there making it oh-so-specific. Lynx shut his trap and followed behind Crevan as silently as possible. Perhaps no one would notice him? He lowered his eyes and stared at the ground, fingering one of the pokeballs at his waist.
"What do you think, Lynx? Would a long trip to Jail teach them not to mess with Team Rocket?" Lynx looked up at his partner with wide eyes. He was doing this on purpose, wasn't he? That asshole never knew when to quit. Lynx gritted his teeth and clenched his fist, but answered anyway, "I guess so, Crey," he mumbled, refusing to look at Crevan's face. Lynx sighed. He was so screwed. He winced as Ember called her pokemon back to her side. Romeo. His own Arcanine, Juliet, was the sister of Romeo. He was sure Romeo was curious to see how Juliet was doing. But, of course, Ember would never let that happen. Not now, at least.
Lynx narrowed his eyes as Crevan checked out the battlers. He had no right to talk to Ember like that. Absolutely no right. "Don't touch her, Crey," he warned before wincing. He shouldn't have said anything. He was letting his whole family down - everyone he knew down - by being in Team Rocket. Everyone probably hated his guts by now, but what other choice did he really have?
"You know what, Crey, call him yourself, you got that?" he snapped, "I'm not your little bitch, you know; you lazyass bastard," Lynx crossed his arms and turned to his sister, watching her push Crevan away.
"And you, I got one thing to say. You can go fucking die in a hole," Lynx sighed. He knew this was bound to happen, but still, it was a little shocking. "Emmers..." he stared at the ground before giving her a slight smile, "Um... surprise?"

It was a fact that Crevan Kern was one of the biggest assholes known to mankind. He really didn't have to be. It wasn't like he was compensating for having a small penis or anything. He just happened to like being a douchebag. And fucking around with other people's personal lives were what he did best. Especially Lynx Harper's. It was bad enough for someone of Crevan's status to be partnered with the brat; how else was he supposed to pass the time without going completely insane.
One wouldn't suggest that Crevan ever did any excess digging around to try and find anything to tick the other Rocket off... but he was an intelligent man, and he could tell by the way the two individuals in front of him were looking at each other, and the way they spoke to each other that they were quite familiar with one another. Perhaps on a much deeper level than Crevan had originally believed. After all, her pokemon seemed happy enough to see Lynx's ever-so-shining face - or smell his scent... whichever pokemon did better. Crevan had to admit, he was a little taken aback when the redhead girl slapped his hand away; she didn't seem like the type to challenge authority. Though perhaps she was riled up at the sight of the other Rocket. Crevan, of course, found this to be perfect bait for pissing his partner off.
"You know this girl, Lynx?" he asked, again reaching for her arm, this time intent on keeping hold. No one was allowed to slap his hand away in such a manner, and this puny little girl was not going to be the exception. "Whatever you did, you seem to have quite the enemy," Crevan's smirk disappeared when Lynx, too, began talking back to him. He let out a highly exaggerated gasp of anger, "Actually, brat, I believe it's your job to call the boss; I'm older and more experienced, and I call the shots. You do everything else, remember?" the admin snapped, giving his partner the coldest of cold glares he could muster. "As for you, darling," Crevan turned back to the redhead, "Get ready for a long trip to the pound," [/div][/style]

[atrb=cellspacing,0,true][atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i.imgur.com/t6EPs.png); padding:15px; width:300px] i loved you in the fall "She could see him slightly wince when she called her pokemon over," |
but really she couldn't care less. He needed to feel abandoned and completely thrown away, just like the way she felt when she found the surprising news. 'Don't touch her, Crey,' she only stopped for a second in shock, it was a long time since he had stood up for her like that, it was when he left was the last time he had protected her. 'You know this girl, Lynx?' The other guy said, a hint of a 'smirk' in his tone. He had reached and held her wrist again in a harsh hold. She winced, just whimpering slightly. 'Whatever you did, you seem to have quite the enemy,' He held that smirk on his voice until Lynx had said something, 'You know what, Crey, call him yourself, you got that?" he snapped, "I'm not your little bitch, you know; you lazyass bastard,' She stopped and was a little stunned at how he said. He was standing up for himself, and her. She continuously pulled her wrist but she could get his grip to loosen. 'Actually, brat, I believe it's your job to call the boss; I'm older and more experienced, and I call the shots. You do everything else, remember?''Crey' lost his smirk as quickly as it game, staring at him, becoming slightly frightened. The pain on her wrists became harder for her to endure. Her eyes watered, she sort of felt weak in this situation and truth be told, she was in fact scared. 'Emmers... Um... surprise?' She whimpered softly at that, but soon stopped as soon as Crey's voice came to intrude. 'As for you, darling. Get ready for a long trip to the pound,' She blinked away the tears growing in her eyes, she looked at him, "I'm not your d-darling' She was able to get that out at least. She continuously pulled her arm, but soon found that was hard. She changed her ways from pulling to just hitting him with her free hand. "Let me go" She muttered, feeling tired, she hadn't been able to eat anything really since yesterday... morning. Her stomach growled loudly, she felt heat rush up to her cheeks and she had stopped but then just held her stomach. She cringed slightly but started to continue hitting him.[/div] and then the cold came, the dark days when fear crept into my mind
