HISTORY --- keiichi was born in pallet town, kanto, a place where many other heroes had been born. he felt that he had been born out of a prophecy. as team rocket began to rise and take over his town, then other towns, he fought underground with many other trainers to prepare for what he knew was coming. he could feel war rising in the streets, even in the peaceful sections of kanto. by the time he was fifteen, he had already started gathering a team of pokemon, trainers, and others who would help him begin the resistance.
he was not the one who started the resistance movement -- at least, he didn't do it by himself. he and a group of friends rose up against team rocket, but because of kei's poise and confidence, he was deemed the leader. of course, there was no way that they would all march up to team rocket's hideout and begin battling. they trained for almost three years under kei's command, making sure to keep themselves hidden. they all plan on taking team rocket by storm, making sure that when they blast them off again, they'll never come back.
